Who You Are:

TickPick’s Associate Product Manager will work closely with the agile development team and will play an integral role in delivering on priority product initiatives. They will have full exposure to and involvement in the entire development lifecycle, from planning all the way through execution, and will drive projects from start to finish in collaboration with engineering and other cross functional partners. They will also participate in ongoing product and feature analysis, backlog grooming, and ensure alignment among key cross functional stakeholders on an ongoing basis to drive results.

What You’ll Do:

Product

  • Practice product life cycle management from concept to launch/measurement of product(s) across all divisions of the company.
  • Assist with maintaining an updated Product Roadmap that reflects the current prioritization of feature buildouts.
  • Conduct customer research or monitor user’s behavior to help inform of new features or fixes needed to maintain optimal conversion rate.
  • Develop and pursue innovative ideas, solutions, and product features for the TickPick platform.
  • Develop hypotheses, runs A/B tests, and determine winners through CRO efforts.
  • Grow and maintain a deep knowledge of the business along with stakeholder needs and constraints.
  • Maintaining strong relationships with business and implementation teams to ensure product goals are met.
  • Work alongside the agile development team to properly deliver requests and assist in implementation.
  • Work closely with the Marketing team, and ops leads to drive innovation and advance automation efforts that are key to driving efficiencies within the business.
  • Report directly to the Lead Product Manager.

Requirements

Qualifications and Additional Skills

  • Bachelors of Science Degree
  • 1+ years of experience in a Product role
  • Demonstrated success driving cross functional projects from ideation through development in an agile environment
  • Experience managing and prioritizing a product backlog
  • Proven track record of successful planning and completion of product sprints
  • Proficiency in the creation of wireframes, product specs/documents, and creating tech tickets (Azure, Jira, etc.)
  • A/B testing experience
  • Strong quantitative and analytical experience
  • Detail-oriented and high energy with the ability to be nimble and adapt as priorities shift
  • Proactive & highly organized self-starter, able to work independently and under tight deadlines
  • Quick learner and a creative thinker with an eye for detail
