Job Responsibilities

- Define overall marketing strategy and implementation for Arena of Valor in US, build the roadmap and programs to drive user growth and retention.
- Build, manage and coach a high-performing marketing team that covers influencer collaborations, branding message, esports, key partnerships, community management, PR, etc.
- Develop and manage yearly/quarterly marketing budget and expenditures based on publishing strategy and marketing beats.
- Oversee the design and delivery of high impact campaigns and ensue that the vision and strategy is translated across all marketing efforts.
- Consistently analyze and track the performance of marketing campaigns with clear KPIs.
- Work collaboratively and cross-functionally with different stakeholders (R&D team, live ops team, etc.) and partners (agencies, MCNs, media partners) to maximize impact.
- Deliver actionable local insights that support decision making of development team and live-op team.

Job Requirements

- 10+ years of experience in marketing leadership in video game industry, top mobile gaming companies is a big plus.
- Have a clear understanding of frameworks to drive corporate marketing goals and KPIs.
- Direct budget accountability, experience managing and reporting on multi-million dollar budgets.
- Experienced in a cross-functional environment, particularly when it comes to integration (i.e., marketing, product, legal, strategy / development).
- Think rationally and innovatively, able to tackle with challenges with breakthrough plans.
- Strong existing relationships with app stores and platforms (Google Play, App Store, Twitch, etc.) and broad consumer and business media; relationships with gaming media is a plus.
- Passionate gamer, familiar with MOBA games and mobile games.
