The LA Clippers are looking for a Digital Content Producer to join our growing marketing team! In this role you will be responsible for curating, producing, and managing digital assets for the LA Clippers' mobile apps and website. This role is essential to our team's success in engaging fans, telling the LA Clippers' story, and promoting the brand. You will work in a dynamic, collaborative environment, and harness your creative vision to be a driving force behind our digital presence.
This is a full-time role based out of our DTLA office and is eligible for our competitive benefit offerings including health insurance, Wellbeing Allowance and 401(k) with company contribution.

What You Will Do
- Content Curation: Curate digital content, including articles, videos, images, infographics, and interactive features, ensuring it is driving fan engagement across our technology ecosystem.
- Digital Asset Management: Organize, categorize, and maintain a comprehensive digital asset library for efficient content retrieval and distribution.
- Journey Orchestration: Establish contextual and relevant content journeys based on user personas while ensuring content is pushed to fans at the right time.
- User Experience Enhancement: Collaborate with designers and developers to ensure the LA Clippers' mobile apps and website provide an outstanding user experience, with a focus on mobile optimization and accessibility.
- Social Media Integration: Coordinate with the social media team to seamlessly integrate digital content across various platforms and enhance our social media presence.
- NBA Platform and Site Management: Lead digital content for the LA Clippers' website under the NBA platform, ensuring consistent branding and integration with other digital platforms.
- Data Analysis: Use analytics tools to observe user engagement, assess the performance of digital content, and make data-driven decisions for continuous improvement.
- Community Engagement: Champion a sense of community and encourage fan interaction through online forums, commenting systems, and other digital engagement features.
- Content Calendar Management: Develop and maintain a content calendar that outlines content release schedules and aligns with the team's events and initiatives.
- Compliance: Ensure all digital content is aligned with league and NBA regulations and guidelines.
Your Background, Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
- Experience in digital content production, preferably in a sports or entertainment environment.
- Proficiency in content management systems (CMS), video editing software, and graphic design tools including Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Premiere.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and their integration with websites and mobile apps.
- Experience with WordPress and the NBA platform for website management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative approach and the ability to think creatively.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Knowledge of web design, user experience, and mobile app development principles
Compensation
- The range for this position is $ 140,000 - $150,000 annual compensation. Compensation package offered will be based on multiple individualized factors, including a candidate's job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
- The role is classified as exempt
