What you will be doing:

  • Analyze vast behavioral and transactional data to identify and thwart fraudulent activity in a setting where every decision impacts our vibrant community.
  • Use your expertise to identify emerging fraud patterns and develop creative solutions, balancing risk management with exceptional user experiences.
  • Work alongside dynamic teams, leveraging data analysis to safeguard our platform.
  • Share insights on web3 security trends, helping to shape our strategies and educate the wider team on best practices in trust and safety.

  • Experienced in Fraud Analysis: You have a solid background in risk analysis, with a keen understanding of fraud schemes, particularly in digital and virtual goods.
  • Tech-Savvy Problem Solver: Skilled in data analysis (Microsoft Excel, SQL, Google BigQuery) and familiar with the nuances of online fraud (account takeover, carding, chargebacks, etc.).

  • Strong Communicator: Articulate in both verbal and written forms, able to convey complex concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
