We are looking for a strategic and solution-oriented People Operations Program Manager to design and deliver high-quality programs to support our employees. In this role, you will drive the company's day-to-day program management and operational needs, including identifying the gaps, drafting policies and processes, and facilitating the global policy review cycle from development to execution. You will have the ability to lead high-priority work related to employee lifecycle, organizational structure and people data management, governance and internal controls, reporting and audits, employee inquiry case management, and people team project prioritization and roadmap. Lead the PMO for the People Team to drive, track, and support the overall implementation of people operations programs and projects.
Collaborate with the COEs within the People Team to identify gaps and design short and long-term initiatives that support our internal stakeholders and employees.
Support each of the people functions in building detailed projects and program plans, including requirements and objectives.
Collaborate with People Analytics and cross-functional partners to identify problems and implement solutions.
Partner with the Internal Communications team to develop communication strategies for key audiences and stakeholders.
Work in partnership with the People Operations and Technology team to develop training and enablement content and resources that support vital programs and initiatives.
Provide updates regarding project status, including actions to address any open issues.
Ensure points of collaboration between teams are running smoothly.
Identify the policy gaps, and work with internal stakeholders to draft, edit, and publish the people-related policies and processes.
Work with policy owners to go through a quarterly/annual policy lifecycle globally to ensure consistency across our organization.
Own the policy governance process through drafting, approval, implementation, and review.
Work with our internal communications team to draft and produce communications for new or revised policies.
Own periodical policy steering committee to align on global people policy strategy and obtain necessary leadership approvals.
Maintain the people team’s policy database.
Desire to build and maintain strong relationships and manage stakeholders.
Cross-functional collaboration for people programs and building alignment around a clearly defined vision.
Ability to identify gaps and provide recommendations to improve processes and programs.
Strong collaboration, active listening, and influencing skills.
Ability to work globally to meet needs across various global locations and experience managing policy and standards programs at international organizations
At least five years of work experience in project/program management or consulting in a global organization.
A strategic mindset focused on the long-term design of a program while having demonstrated success translating strategy into practical project plans.
Proven record of increasing operational maturity and developing training and communication strategies through process improvement projects.
Experience leading end-to-end program and change management efforts across multiple functions.
Knowledge and prior experience using Workday HCM.
This position can sit in either Boston, MA or remote; however, this work is to be performed entirely outside of Colorado.
