What We Need
We’re looking for a passionate creative director who is not afraid to come up with industry shaking concepts, but who also knows how to execute them with a team. In this role you will be leading creative direction, creative strategy and executional excellence for all the marketing initiatives globally. You will be working closely with marketing leadership and cross-functional teams to develop campaigns that resonate with our target audience and contribute to the success of the game. This role will be reporting to Senior Global Creative Director, Core games.
What You Will Do
- You’re responsible for innovating and evolving the brand identities, concepts and strategies for our games based on cultural triggers, audience insights and business needs.
- You will be leading a creative team, including, but not limited to: Associate Creative Designer, Graphic Designers, Copy Writers, Game Capture Artists, Editors, etc.
- You will partner with the creative, marketing production, global marketing strategy, go-to-market, partnership, and analytic teams to create world-class creative. You will be the connector and problem solver.
- You will oversee the development of creative assets, including but not limited to trailers, key art, social media content, website design, and advertising campaigns.
- You will lead the creative vision across our marketing agency partners to ensure creative excellence and on on-time delivery.
- You will innovate and create ideas with this project’s creative team.
- You are participating and adding value to marketing strategies and planning while working together with producers to ensure on-budget and on-time creative delivery.
- Stay up to date with emerging trends, technologies, and platforms in gaming, marketing, and creative industries.

What Will Make You a Great Fit

- You are not afraid to engage in hands-on on creative projects. You enjoy concepting and have eye for details.
- Bachelor's degree or higher or equivalent combination of education and experience and training.
- 10+ years of professional experience in the creative field. At least 4-5 years of experience leading creative teams.
- Experienced managerial skills coupled with the ability to optimize people, processes, and craft.
- Excellent oral and written communications skills in global market language, including meeting facilitation and presentations across multiple locations and time zones.
- Ability to efficiently communicate complex concepts and topics to stakeholders, wider organization and partners.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering creative marketing campaigns and initiatives from concept to execution.
- Strong understanding of modern culture, trends, and the gaming audience.
- Ability to elevate strategic thinking and planning.
- Strong ability to develop high-profile, influential, and collaborative relationships across teams, functions, and geographies.
- Ability to motivate and mentor the creative teams.

The pay range for this position in California at the start of employment is expected to be between $196,000 and $261,000 per Year. However, base pay offered is based on market location, and may vary further depending on individualized factors for job candidates, such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and other objective business considerations. Subject to those same considerations, the total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a bonus and/or equity awards, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
