Someone experienced, excited, motivated, and organized to inform, engage, and entertain our community. This person will represent our projects and brands, and needs to become an extension of the spirit of our efforts when managing external communication channels.
What You Should be Able to Do
The Job:
- Manage all social media channels: monitor, track, analyze and report on performance
- Start discussions and respond to social media posts (including DMs), with tone and messaging consistent to the assigned project vibe
- Collaborate with other Yuga social media managers and moderators to develop engaging and creative social media strategies
- Analyze the current landscape, and make recommendations for posting schedules
- Be familiar with posting tools and able to make recommendations as to which to use
- Make recommendations for content and re-sharing opportunities
- Understand the nuances between different social media platforms, be able to recommend how to get maximum exposure, both within and outside of the community
- Stay up to date with latest trends and methods around measuring social media activity
- Help define targets and KPIs
Your Skills:
- Experienced social media manager who has run brand Twitter and Instagram accounts
- Experience with TikTok
- Familiarity with blockchain, gaming, and tech environments
- Able to quickly identify and act on trends
- Great communication and writing skills, fluent in English
- Ability to deliver creative content (text, image, and video)
- Understanding of SEO, keyword research, and Google Analytics
- Awareness of options for online marketing channels
- Ability to confidently work remotely
