About the Team
Fanatics Trading Cards is a new company working at the intersection of trading cards and technology. Backed by some of the best investors, sports properties and operators in the world, we are integrating with Fanatics’ global digital sports platform – which includes 900 sports relationships and more than 81 million reachable fans - to reimagine the trading card business for the 21st century.
We’re hiring a cutting edge Social Media Influencer Manager who is passionate about pop culture to play a significant role in launching our brand on social platforms and drive an expansive following.


    • Lead strategic business plan and build out social strategy for FTC platforms 
    • Day-to-day platform management, which includes creating, writing, and publishing posts across all social media platforms (YouTube, TikTok, Meta/FB, Instagram, Twitter, Snap, etc.)
    • Create and manage social calendar; keeping social calendars up to date
    • Community management, engaging with Fanatics Trading Cards’ passionate fans & followers 
    • Strategically identify talent and influencers for brand campaigns and programs that maximize ROI and achieve campaign KPIs
    • Manage existing and develop new relationships within the digital influencer community (content creators, platforms, agencies, managers, etc.)
    • Partner and maintain relationships with key licensors, understanding their business and position and how it intersects with Fanatics Trading Cards
    • Social content management: create efficient social content management system and act as the central point of contact for social content to flow through
    • On the ground executor for product launches, campaigns, and any posting requirements
    • Build engaging content based on what’s buzzing/trending
    • Use social tools to monitor online trends and bring Fanatics Trading Cards into relevant online conversations around events or hashtags
    • Ideate social concepts and bring them through to completion
    • Coordinate creative and calendars with internal and any external licensing partners
    • Analyze performance of all social handles/presence and craft reporting strategy


    • 7+ years of experience leading multiple social channels
    • Nuanced understanding of each platform and how to optimize copy and content across these platforms
    • Adept with using social content management systems and standard methodologies
    • Experience creating social assets and editing with Photoshop or other creative programs 
    • Ability to set long-term strategy, clear goals, and KPIs
    • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize demand
    • Experienced with trend tracking and staying on top of all the major news and updates in the entertainment and spots media space 
    • Ability to thrive is fast paced, ambiguous startup environment
    • Existing relationships with influencers and creators in the sports media, entertainment and/or trading cards space a huge plus
