JOB PURPOSE
 
Fanatics Collectibles is looking for a Director of Experiential Marketing for our new and growing Marketing team. The Director of Experiential will be responsible for leading the strategy, creation, and positioning of industry-leading experiential activations which will allow the current and future Collectors to engage with Fanatics Collectibles.
 
This position will be responsible for handling a wide variety of duties, which include, but are not limited to the ones listed below.

Responsibilities:

    • Develops overarching Experiential strategy that delivers premium experiences for the current and future collectors.
    • Creates concepts, themes and formats of events and experiences that deliver against the experiential strategy of engage the collector base.
    • Clearly outline success for Experiences and ensure objectives and goals are met through creative activations & production.
    • Manage external network of production and creative partners to ensure highest quality executions across our events network, including leading RFP and RFI process, as well as, vendor performance reviews
    • Collaborate with Marketing & Media leadership on the strategy, planning, and execution ensuring an unparalleled commitment to quality.
    • Drive process to define and evaluate what success looks like across all relevant moments through facilitation of project kick-off, post mortem, and recap exercises

Experience Needed:

    • 8+ years experience in experiential marketing, strategy, campaign management or agency equivalent role
    • Expertise in planning, developing, and executing successful experiential briefs, brand activations, and consumer-led campaigns across a wide array of experiential activities
    • Experience influencing marketing and product leaders and collaborating across multiple teams
    • An understanding of experiential metrics and the tactics employed for improvement
    • Leadership, motivation, and team skills – a natural connector & communicator
    • Exceptional communication skills, including presenting and training abilities
    • Strong planning, prioritization, and project management competencies
    • Thorough understanding of event production, marketing, and logistics 
    • Ability to execute ideas with a focus on quantitative metrics to reach brand goals 
    • Passionate about sports and consumer brands and knowledge of the trading card and collectibles space 
$150,000 - $195,000 a year
The salary range for this position is $150,000 - $195,000 which represents base pay only and does not include short-term or long-term incentive compensation. When determining base pay, as part of a final compensation package, we consider several factors such as location, experience, qualifications, and training.
