The Tennessee Titans are looking for a data-driven, detailed oriented and agile Paid Media Coordinator who will assist in the management of paid media campaigns across the organization. The Paid Media Coordinator will be expected to maintain calendars and reporting for paid media campaigns with targeted audience segments in addition to working with internal stakeholders in the development and creation of targeted campaign assets.
 
The Paid Media Coordinator will report to the Senior Manager of Paid Media and will work closely with the Creative/Video Production, Sponsorship, Ticketing Sales & Service, Digital and Marketing teams to data-driven campaigns to ensure a positive impact in generating revenue, retention, and fan engagement.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist on the execution and reporting of paid media strategies across digital and traditional channels including but not limited to multi-channel media buys, paid social, programmatic, display, television, streaming platforms, radio, out of home, newspaper and local publications.
  • Assist in the execution of paid social campaigns based on audience segmentation and tactics to achieve revenue, lead generation and brand growth
  • Maintain campaign reporting and recap documents with a focus of analyzing paid marketing efforts to maximize return on ad spend
  • Work closely with the Marketing, Sponsorship, Ticket Sales and Service teams to coordinate sales efforts
  • Project manage and maintain a paid media calendar, internal asset development and asset trafficking to various media vendors
  • Collaborate with graphics, video and photography team to produce quality create and content to ensure advertising material is engaging and specific to targeted audiences
  • Monitor key trends across marketing and digital outlets and provide strategic insights based on those findings
  • Assist in preparing pitches for the research and strategic planning projects
  • Assist in preparing sales pitches for the marketing and sponsorship sales teams
  • Assist with other duties as assigned
 
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, business, communications, marketing or equivalent degree/experience
  • Working knowledge and experience with Facebook/Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn ad platforms
  • Extremely proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Understanding of conversion tracking and pixels
  • Experience with Google AdWords, Bing Ads, Google Display Network, Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics is preferred
  • Comfortable working on a small team in a fast-paced competitive environment
  • Strong work ethic and outstanding attention to detail
  • Highly organized with ability to independently manage multiple projects simultaneously
  •  Experience working in a fast-paced environment with the ability to meet deadlines, multi-task and prioritize
