Loupe is looking for a VP, Growth Marketing. As our Growth Executive, you will develop and execute a growth strategy with a focus on driving user acquisition and monetization, using both paid and unpaid marketing strategies. Additionally, you’ll manage and develop a team of marketers to help support product and feature launches, enhancing our user community. 

 

This role reports directly to the CEO and can be based anywhere in the U.S.

What You’ll Do Here:

• Drive user acquisition at the most optimal level through performance marketing on digital platforms such as Google, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Influencer Networks, and more.
• Own our growth roadmap by brainstorming new growth experiments and helping prioritize what to build
• Manage relationships with external vendors to ensure alignment with business goals, accurate campaign execution, and deriving insights to inform business decisions
• Testing and managing various user acquisition channels (paid and unpaid)
• Identifying, developing & optimizing growth opportunities to drive revenue growth
• Pinpointing issues that are hampering growth for the business and develop corresponding solutions
• Deep understanding of the product, drop-offs, limitations, on and off boarding, etc

We’d Love To Hear From You If You Have:

• Experience scaling member acquisition, preferably in a start-up environment with a proven record of success reducing CAC
• Experience in working with Product teams on utilizing growth methods and insights to drive product features and future content
• Strong analytical skills, including A/B testing, web metrics, and sales metrics
