The Coordinator, Brand Strategy and Partnerships will be a key contributor to our Brand Strategy team and support our Senior Manager of Brand Strategy + Partnerships in their day-to-day activities.  

 

Responsibilities

  • Support Senior Manager of Brand Strategy + Partnerships with their day-to-day activities including but not limited to: documenting strategy and execution plans, standing up meetings and maintaining cross functional project management tools  
  • Partner with the Senior Manager to develop the Los Angeles Rams Brand architecture – including collecting and evaluating input from key internal and external stakeholders, building out documentation and evaluating existing branding across the organization 
  • Help to define and maintain brand governance across the organization – work with the Creative team to quality check external facing brand documentation to ensure it is aligned to our brand guidelines 
  • Assist on the execution of all brand partnership opportunities and the enablement of brand partner sales pitches – lead on internal and external brand partnership communications, ensure documentation of key discussions, help support sales deck development including conducting market analysis, collecting key data points and case studies to use as pitch material for new brand partners 
  • Collaborate with the Partnership Marketing + Strategy teams on cross-functional brand programs and campaigns 
  • Support the maintenance project management tools, track key deliverables 
  • Work closely with Creative team to organize and traffic key assets to Brand Partners as needed 

 

Qualifications

  • 2+ years' experience in marketing or partnerships, agency experience preferred 
  • Strong attention to detail and highly organized 
  • Experience working with external partners  
  • An independent, strategic, and creative thinker who is a strong team player (no job is too small or too large) and is willing to take initiative and additional responsibilities 
  • A team player with proven ability to effectively collaborate, influence and make decisions in a partner driven, matrixed environment  
  • Previous experience working in sports preferred 
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment   
  • Must be available to work at nights, weekends, and holidays
