Reporting to the Director, Global Sales Strategy and Insights, the Global Sales Strategy Coordinator is responsible for managing all internal sales support processes within the TSM and Blitz verticals. A  key addition to the sales and partnership solutions team, you will help ideate on partnership and media packages for the team and work cross-functionally across various internal stakeholders to ensure inventory, assets, and pricing are all aligned. 


You have a love for sports/esports and media and have a desire to be a part of a fast growing environment in the world of esports.  You have an ability to work with brands, are constantly thinking about ways to integrate a brand into the esports space and have a strong passion for building sales presentation material.


What You’ll Be Doing 

  • Ideate and design sponsorship packages and presentations for sales and partnerships solutions teams across TSM, Blitz, and 3rd party sales organizations
  • Support sellers on request for proposal (RFP) opportunities and participate in brand conversations to extract information that will help build world-class sales presentations and corresponding scorecards of assets
  • Understand the TSM/Blitz partnership portfolio and sales collateral in efforts to develop new business and revenue across sales and partnership solutions departments
  • Support the partnership solutions team in post sales processes of partnership campaigns including end of year and mid-year recaps and reporting materials
  • Communicate with internal stakeholders across various teams on current and potential partners as well as required timelines of product launches, action items, and deadlines internally
  • Ability to multi-task and work across multiple projects
  • Will be a key player in the revenue growth of TSM and Blitz organizations
  • 2+ years of experience in sales presentation and ideation building across brand, agency, and/or digital landscape 
  • Strong expertise building presentations and material (Powerpoint, Google Suites-sheets/slides, etc.) 
  • Strategic thinker, self-starter with strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Deep understanding of the sports and media industries
  • Understanding of competitive esports, gaming, influencer landscape is preferred, with an ability to navigate an industry that is constantly evolving 
  • Resourceful and independent professional who can handle managing multiple projects at one time
  • Motivated to work hard in a fast-paced, start-up environment to help our growing business 
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to present ideas and sales collateral to multiple key stakeholders
  • Extremely organized with the ability to stay on top of deadlines and prioritize tasks
  • Familiarity with social platforms and their performance metrics (YouTube, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
  • Los Angeles based preferred
