Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Oversee sponsorship inventory management system (KORE) including, but not limited to, pricing and packaging of assets, addition and deactivation of inventory items, inventory reporting and tracking, etc.
  • Oversee and manage rate card and evaluation of assets and pricing
  • Utilize data to create selling proposition for high profile assets
  • Develop insights for prospect pitches and client recaps in collaboration with Strategic Solutions and Activation
  • Lead evaluation of pricing and go-to-market strategy
  • Partner with sales to ensure accuracy of deal sheets
  • Work closely with accounting on internal reporting
  • Manage partnership sales reporting including pipeline reporting, inventory analysis, etc.
  • Lead monthly NFL reporting (SABR)
  • Manage projects and relationships third party vendors

 

Essential Requirements:

  • Proficient with Salesforce and KORE
  • Proficient in Tableau
  • Ability to make data-driven decisions
  • Ability to collaborate with multiple internal and external stakeholders
  • Preferred minimum of five (5) + years full-time experience in an analyst role
  • Sports or entertainment industry experience preferred.
