Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree required. An advanced degree in Communications, Education, HR, Human Development, Psychology, or a related field is preferred.
- 7+ years of progressive experience in human resources with a focus on developing, implementing, and delivering training programs.
- History of self-development and cultivating a culture of learning agility.
- Certified Professional in Talent Development (CPTD) or Associate Professional in Talent Development (APTD) is preferred.
Required Skills
- Knowledge of and experience with Learning Management and Performance Management Systems.
- Highly collaborative with strong interpersonal skills to successfully work across the organization.
- Excellent presentation and facilitation skills.
- Superior organization, project management skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast paced, team environment.
- Effectively communicate, both written and verbally.
- Demonstrated decision making and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
- High level of commitment to quality work product and organizational ethics, integrity, and compliance.
- Proficiency in MS 365.
Desired Skills
- Administering and utilizing social styles and behavioral assessments.
- Experience with eLearning authoring and multimedia tools.
- Creating career paths, process maps, and success profiles.
Total Rewards
Starting Base Salary: $90,000 – $110,000. MLS/SUM base salaries are contingent upon several factors including individual qualifications, market financials, and operational business needs.
