Are you a creative, consumer- centric, data driven marketing professional who has a proven track record of customer retention and building marketing strategies for loyalty programs? If so, you may be the perfect candidate for our Product Marketing Manager, Loyalty program role as we look to define and implement our programs both locally & globally! In this role you will be responsible for driving our marketing strategy across our loyalty programs and initiatives to enhance acquisition, engagement, and retention. 


In this role you will be responsible for leveraging consumer insights and behavioral data to define and drive our global marketing strategy across our loyalty programs in order to enhance acquisition, engagement and retention. This role requires a strategic mind with an understanding of marketing techniques, loyalty programs, and consumer behavior. The successful candidate will also create and implement marketing campaigns, analyze data to measure the effectiveness of the program, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve program goals.


This is a full-time role based out of our DTLA office and is eligible for our competitive benefit offerings including health insurance, Wellbeing Allowance and 401(k) with company contribution.

 

What You Will Do

  • Define, create, and implement our global loyalty marketing strategy that will drive loyalty and share of mind amongst our fans 
  • Build and drive loyalty marketing strategy to support program launch, while continuing to iterate on in-season programming with a focus on long-term fan retention 
  • Use consumer insights to understand gaps and opportunities to develop programming and drive fan behavior
  • Ownership of overall look & feel and consumer communication (including developing & implementing media plans) to support loyalty programs 
  • Proactively address challenges/ opportunities and develop thoughtful test programs that will strengthen fandom
  • Work with the analytics team to create KPIs, analyze program data to make data-directed decisions to optimize programs
  • Collaborate with Marketing team to develop programs to strengthen our fan groups such as Kids Club and Somos Clipper Nation
  • Develop and manage relationships with key stakeholders, including partners, vendors, and internal teams, to drive program success
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop program, align on objectives and ensure a seamless fan experience
  • Monitor industry trends and best practices in dedication program marketing and make recommendations for program improvements and innovation
  • Continuously measure and optimize program performance to ensure that goals are achieved and exceeded

 

Your Background, Skills and Qualifications

  • 3 or more years of experience in loyalty program marketing, with a history of success
  • Strong analytical skills, ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions
  • Strong leadership skills with the influence to inspire those around them
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with ability to work effectively and efficiently with internal and external teams
  • Strong project management & decision-making skills to prioritize and work on multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong organizational, time management and attention to detail skills
  • Demonstrated dedication with the ability to handle projects from origin through execution
  • Willingness to learn and should be able to flourish in a fast-growing, dynamic environment
  • Self-starter and entrepreneurial spirit with hands-on approach towards business

Compensation

  • Compensation range for this role is $105,000 - $120,000. Compensation package offered will be based on multiple individualized factors, including a candidate's job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
  • This role is classified as exempt.
