We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Project Manager, Creative & Content to join our Centercourt Studios team, primarily responsible for managing and executing delivery of graphic design and video projects, supporting our advertising, brand development, and partner campaigns. You will play a critical role in creative campaign development from conception to execution, working closely with cross-functional teams, freelancers, and vendors, ensuring work aligns with the creative direction, is delivered on time, and is within scope, and on brief. Daily focuses include end-to-end project management, from leading standup meetings, project scoping, resource allocation, managing the project calendar, monitoring timelines and deliverables, communicating status updates, and delivering final projects and post-mortem summaries.
What Will You Do:
- Works closely with creative and video content production leadership to assign and monitor deliverables and hold the team accountable to the established budgets and timelines.
- Establishes and manages project scope; including ensuring project briefs are created and include specific goals.
- Develop project plans to prioritize, organize, and accomplish work in support of business priorities.
- Works with Integrated Marketing team leadership to understand the vision, scope, and goals of each project.
- Establishes meeting structure; manages project kickoff and status update meetings.
- Collaborates with team members, cross-functional stakeholders, and partners to execute project objectives.
- Streamlines and manages communication to internal project team members, as well as project stakeholders and clients.
- Monitors project progress, identifies and escalates project roadblocks, proposes solutions to address project issues/delays, and solicits feedback; escalates to senior leaders, as needed.
- Delivers project updates and final project summaries to stakeholders.
- Work with in-house and vendor printers to ensure delivery of environmental graphics project requests.
- Manage creative project delivery for integrated marketing campaigns – aligning Creative, Motion & Content teams with dependent timelines.
- Provides ongoing status updates to share progress against established goals, gaps, and support needs to maintain progress against project plans.

Experience/ Education Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree
- 4+ years project management and/or consulting expertise preferred, specifically in an agency or brand environment, supporting creative and content projects
- Knowledge of cross-functional creative processes and production processes.
- Extensive experience with project management tools like Asana, Monday.com, JIRA, Wrike, etc.
- Solid understanding of the creative development and video production processes, including timelines and delivery windows.
- Understanding of the creative and video formats – PSD, EPS, PDF, PNG, MOV, MP4, JPEGs
- Basic graphic/production skills
- Understanding of the Adobe creative suite including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere, After Effects, Blender, Cinema 4D
