Ergatta is seeking engineering managers to lead teams in its fast growing engineering organization!
This is an exciting opportunity to lead a team of world-class engineers as we enter our next phase of rapid growth. You will lead a team with ownership of a premier product in production that spans across multiple platforms. As an Engineering Manager, you should have prior experience in both software development and in people leadership, ideally at a high-growth startup. You should be able to collaborate with cross-functional teams and be a strategic problem-solver. A top-notch candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, an ability to coach and grow engineers, and have a solid foundation in software design.
