We are looking for a Director of Production to join our Intuit Dome team! Intuit Dome will redefine the live event experience. The LA Clippers’ New Home will:

The Director of Production will plan and lead the operational execution of Intuit Dome’s large-scale events, including concerts, entertainment events, and other functions. To be highly considered, you should have extensive event management and team leadership experience, a collaborative approach and be an AutoCAD whiz!
This is a full-time role based in Inglewood, CA and is eligible for our competitive benefit offering including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan with company contribution, Well-Being Allowance, and more. The scope of this position encompasses a 24-hour, 7 day a week operation with the transition of numerous daily events. Due to the nature of this industry, the candidate must be available to work a flexible schedule including weeknights, weekends, and holidays to cover high profile concerts and NBA games.

What You Will Do:
- Plan and supervise all aspects events from planning to post event billing. This includes conducting site visits, planning meetings, preparing event estimates, and assist with final event settlement.
- Work directly with live entertainment, other productions, and tours to advance all technical, A/V production, rigging, labor, and facility logistics for all shows at Intuit Dome.
- Manage events on-site from load-in through load-out.
- Ensure compliance with expense guidelines, company policy, NBA and artist protocols, employee safety, and governing codes.
- Produce the on-sale AutoCAD, generating accurate seating manifests for Events. Responsible for updating the CAD in real time for assigned events up to the completion of the event.
- Prepare and distribute detailed production notes for each event and review in production meetings with supporting departments (including but not limited to Broadcast, Operations, Security, Guest Services, Retail, and Food & Beverage).
- Work necessary schedule as required overseeing assigned events.
- Other duties as assigned.
Your Background, Skills, and Experience:
- At least seven years of event production experience.
- Five or more years of venue experience preferred.
- A proven track record of leading the execution of events with 15,000 or more attendees.
- Highly proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office applications.
- Knowledge of and experience working with a union labor force.
- Solid understanding of technical aspects of concert production.
- Familiarity with Fire Code and experience working with Fire Marshals.
- Prior experience opening a new state of the art venue preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with an ability to interact effectively and professionally, diplomatically, and maturely with internal and external clients and peers at all levels within an organization and throughout the community, both oral and written.
- Highly organized with excellent project coordination, project management skills, and attention to detail to meet tight deadlines and work effectively in a high-pressure environment.
- Knowledge of and a passion for live entertainment and professional basketball.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a critical path-oriented environment.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to lead, give clear, concise direction and provide constructive feedback within a multi-ethnic/multi-cultural environment.

Intuit Dome is an iconic new arena designed for optimal and intimate engagement of community and fans. It will raise the bar for sustainability by design with a focus on the fan experience. The arena will operate 100% carbon-free from day one, be naturally ventilated, fully electric through solar power and batteries with enough on-site energy storage to power a basketball game or concert and have no net new greenhouse gas emissions from on-site operations.
Compensation
- Compensation range for this role is $120,000 - $130,000. Compensation package offered will be based on multiple individualized factors, including a candidate's job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
