Summary

As the Retail Coordinator, you will have ownership of the retail data system and oversee all aspects of staffing for the retail department across all events. The Retail Coordinator will work primarily with the data Counterpoint system to enter, organize and update items and run reports. Further, the Retail Coordinator will oversee hiring and payroll coordination, scheduling, and uniform distribution.

 

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Enter items into Counterpoint
  • Create and run reports
  • Maintain the Counterpoint data system
  • Update PO book, receiving logs, accruals, invoices, packing slips and other items as assigned
  • Coordinate hourly staffing for the retail department including hiring and scheduling
  • Oversee uniform distribution

 

QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS:

  • Data entry experience required
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office and data programs
  • Ability to successfully complete assigned tasks with minimal supervision
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Meticulous organization skills
  • Self-motivated
  • Ability to quickly resolve situations with little guidance
  • Flexible work schedule
  • Reliable transportation
