Topgolf Media is looking for an experienced, hands-on Development Director to build and manage a team of engineers on a new in development mobile game. You will partner with design, art, product, QA and the Agile team to support the team in delivering high quality features to our players.

• Work closely with engineering, design and art leads to set quality targets for the product, and drive processes to ensure those targets are being met.
• Own process and execution for the project as a whole. Maintain and optimize the team's established processes and development workflows. Identify and implement improvements, always keeping efficiency and execution top of mind and adjusting as we go.
• Establish a viable project plan and schedule, determine task dependencies, balance scope, assign tasks and align stakeholders to deliver on defined project outcomes.
• Be a servant leader, diving in deep when necessary
• Work with project managers to manage the project schedule, milestones and sprint deliverables.
• Work with the product team to own the product roadmap.

• Bachelor’s degree, Computer Science or Engineering, or equivalent years of experience required
• 8+ years of project management or team leadership experience
• Experience developing and shipping games, mobile games is a plus
• Experience in implementing and managing various project management methodologies including Agile / Scrum
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
