The Los Angeles Clippers and Inuit Dome are actively seeking a creative, passionate and experienced Manger of IPTV systems & Content Delivery to support our new home, Intuit Dome.
The ideal candidate will bring deep subject matter knowledge of IPTV systems and content delivery practices and a desire to learn and mentor others along the way. This unique role provides a once in a lifetime opportunity to be part of bringing Intuit Dome to life.

What You Will Do
- Perform gameday setup and verification of content, A/V systems and NBA game technology.
- Design content requirements, schedules, checklists or systems to streamline workflow and ensure consistent operations.
- Manage and execute marketing and corporate partnership assets, per contractual obligations.
- Ensure a high standard of installation, cable management, and serviceability for all systems.
- Ensure all A/V, Broadcast equipment remains event ready, is properly setup and tested prior to use.
- Schedule trafficking for all digital signage elements.
- Manage zone/group assignments throughout each building in a highly efficient manner.
- Research and recommend software/hardware technology to ensure we are running thoughtfully and efficiently in the present and in the future.
- Due to the nature of this industry, the candidate must be available to work a flexible schedule, including weeknights, select weekends, and holidays in order to attend events at Intuit Dome.
Your Background, Skills and Experience
- 5+ years of live sports and entertainment arena or stadium experience in a similar role.
- Solid understanding of Adobe Creative Suite elements, including but not limited to After Effects, Photoshop, and Premiere
- Excellent problem-solving skills and workflow documentation.
- Experience in both hardware and software systems.
- Excellent communicator, ability to build relationships with full time and game day staff, vendors and recognizing the impact of this role across all business functions.
- Self-starter with ability to work independently and within a team with a high sense of urgency.
- Exceptional project & time management skills.
- Strong leadership skills, exceptional collaboration skills and high ability to influence.
- Strong and effective communication including verbal and written.
- Ability to anticipate issues and resolve them based on sound engineering judgement.
- Ability to work in high pressure, fast-paced, collaborative environment with quick turnarounds.
- Highly organized, patient, and attentive to detail from cable management to content design.
Compensation
- $75,000 - $80,000 annual compensation. Compensation package offered will be based on multiple individualized factors, including a candidate's job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
