The Performance Marketing Coordinator will support Steelers marketing campaigns and platform initiatives, working within the Steelers’ Marketing Department. This position is primarily responsible for managing paid social and media to drive revenue, user acquisition, and brand awareness, supporting each business line within the organization.
This is a full-time, onsite position with regular working office hours.
Duties & Responsibilities
Own and execute paid campaigns for Facebook, Instagram, Snap, TikTok, Twitter, LinkedIn, SEO and emerging paid social channels as needed
Create a testing roadmap throughout the year to promote constant learning in all facets of campaigns, including bidding, targeting, and creative
Implement and optimize performance tactics across multiple acquisition campaigns, increasing value and efficiency
Work with various departments and marketing tracks with a paid social and media mix lens to educate, meet acquisition goals, and support programs
Shape acquisition funnels to improve conversion rates and monitor active campaign performance to adjust campaigns in real-time
Measure and track campaign performance, and communicate updates, progress reports, timelines, and test results on a recurring basis to ensure understanding across all key stakeholders
Develop year-long paid and trade media plan, including outlining media mix, trafficking calendar, required creative assets and budget allocation (e.g. Social, TV, Radio, Print, Outdoor, OTT)
Serve as day-to-day liaison between the marketing department and media partners, vendors and/or agencies, supporting negotiation of trade agreements and media buy contracts
Manage all advertising and campaign expenses and billing, ensuring budget alignment
Construct and coordinate delivery of weekly promotional copy for media and paid channels
Regularly identify and evaluate new vendors, tactics and/or industry trends to enhance or optimize paid media strategies
Experience & Skills
Minimum 2 years of experience creating, optimizing, tracking and reporting on paid ad management, social media, and display advertising campaigns (Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ad Manager, and Google Analytics)
Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
Experience with trafficking assets and budget allocation
Experience with TV, Radio, Print, Outdoor, OTT a plus
