As we continue to expand our portfolio, we are seeking a Production Coordinator to join our Original Content team.
As the Production Coordinator for Original Content, you will play an integral role in helping the end-to-end production process across Titans platforms, primarily organic social, paid media, web, and app, to ensure our content meets the highest standards of quality and innovation. Our goal as a team is to further establish and cement the Tennessee Titans as the most iconic brand in Nashville. Working closely with the Director of Original Content, you will be integral to the success of our content franchises.
Responsibilities:
Content Development:
- Collaborate with copywriters, videographers, and other creative disciplines to develop engaging original content that is aligned with the Titans brand and delivers return on investment.
- Work with original content team to develop preproduction treatments and decks to pitch and idea share with internal and external clients.
- Aid in the creation of shot lists and call sheets for all original content franchises, including gameday and other major tent-pole events.
Scheduling and Time Management:
- Collaborate with Project Management on resource allocation, scoping, and budgeting.
- Coordinate with third parties on production needs, timelines, and expectations.
- Maintain and cultivate new and existing relationships with rental houses, contractors, and freelancers.
Collaboration:
- Collaborate with various internal departments; marketing, corporate partnerships, broadcast, and technology, to refine project objectives and ensure production plan meets expectations of delivery dates, quality assurance, and partnership obligations.
Financial Oversight:
- Maintain the budgets for each project, with emphasis on cost-effectiveness and adherence to financial guidelines set forth by the Director of Original Content.
- Source and deliver invoices to the Finance team for timely delivery of payment to outside vendors.
- Manage the procurement of gear and equipment when applicable.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a producer in sports, entertainment, or adjacent industry, with a track record of successful original content production
- Strong time management skills, with the ability to navigate multiple productions and projects with confidence
- In-depth knowledge of content development, production processes, and industry trends
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
- Financial acumen and experience managing production budgets
- Creative thinking and a passion for storytelling
- Previous sports experience not required
- Familiarity with an agency-model a plus
- Familiarity/Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in film, Media, Business Administration, or a related field required
- 3-5 years of experience in producing original video content.
