DESCRIPTION
The Senior Producer, Storytelling will spearhead all efforts in documentary and storytelling, and serve as the lead cinematographer on special projects for social, stadium and features. This position will report to the Director of Production.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Serve as the lead producer on long and short form documentary features
- Conduct thorough sit down interviews with players, coaches, and Chargers personalities
- Research and pitch story angles extensively
- Skilled in the pacing of long form documentaries
- Help build treatments and storyboards for projects
- Excellent cinematographer, with skills in all facets of production
- Skilled gameday shooter, with expert knowledge in camera specs
- Advanced ability to produce in the field and in unpredictable environments
- Expert level in post production finishing, including color correction and audio mixing
- Ability to light for all facets of production
- Create video content for all platforms
- Help reach department goals and maintain high quality production of the department
QUALIFICATIONS
- At least 6 years of experience working in video production with a focus on features and storytelling
- Understanding and proficiency in all facets of production
- Strong knowledge of how to build stories through video

- Ability to work within strict deadlines
- Knowledge of and passion for the NFL
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to work nights, weekends, holidays and non-traditional hours

Expected Annual Starting Base Salary: $90,000- $110,000
