As a Senior Art Director, you'll dive into the exciting world of sports and casino games, crafting innovative campaigns across diverse media platforms. Your role involves generating creative concepts and executing integrated campaigns, with a focus on television and digital video. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you'll bring ideas to life and drive measurable positive outcomes. Working alongside the Direct Response Studio team, you'll implement ideas across multiple executions and deliver compelling creative solutions.
Generate multiple creative concepts for every assignment that is on the brief.
Ideate and execute fully integrated “big idea” campaigns across a variety of media types
Primarily focus on broadcast television and digital video but will also include out-of-home, experiential, product naming, and brand.
Represent ideas and concepts in cross-functional settings and collaborate with stakeholders and other internal teams.
Work closely with the Direct Response Studio team to help implement ideas across multiple executions.
Collaborate with designers to execute creative deliverables.
Award winning portfolio with multiple comedy-focused TV commercial ad examples. Experience creating for sports and/or iGaming brands should be included. A link to your portfolio submitted with your resume is required for your application to be considered.
At least 5 years of relevant advertising agency or in-house agency experience.
5+ years of experience in Television ideation, production, and post-production.
Full knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite programs.
A robust portfolio with multiple broadcast examples; prior experience in sports or iGaming advertising is a plus.
Strong attention to detail and grammar with excellent communication skills including written, visual, and verbal.
A creative and collaborative spirit with the willingness to roll up your sleeves and work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $96,000.00 - $144,000.00, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
