The NASE Project Manager is responsible for scheduling and monitoring the development, manufacturing, and delivery of Topps releases. This position interfaces with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely execution of project deliverables. 

Responsibilities:

    • Develop, maintain, and monitor comprehensive release calendars for North American Sports and Entertainment (NASE) releases.
    • Create and monitor end-to-end milestone schedules for internal resources and external suppliers. Tracking production status from product inception and pre-press to production and fulfillment.
    • Create long- and short-term plans, including setting targets for milestones and adhering to deadlines.
    • Schedule, lead, and attend meetings with appropriate internal and external stakeholders. 

Skills & Abilities:

    • Able to lead by influence and interact effectively with project team members.
    • Comfortable using video conferencing to collaborate and generate results while working remotely.
    • Excellent written and oral interpersonal and communication skills. Able to provide information thoroughly and accurately to all stakeholders.
    • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
    • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
    • Ability to multi-task, command multiple projects, and disseminate information efficiently. 

Education & Qualifications:

    • Bachelors degree or equivalent in related field preferred.
    • Experience managing cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
    • Experience with Microsoft Suite; intermediate understanding of Microsoft Excel functions is preferred.
    • Experience with Project Management software preferred.
