We are looking for a hands-on Sr. Manager, User Acquisition to take us to the next level. You will get to shape and lead our marketing team through a mix of data analysis, campaign management, and team leadership. You will be responsible for growing the division’s user-base across its portfolio of mobile games.

Your Daily Responsibilities Include

  • Develop and execute innovative growth strategies to grow our member base s
  • Lead acquisition strategies and optimize ROI across all acquisition channels.
  • Develop insights and data-driven acquisition strategies across the most important audiences.
  • Oversee the marketing budget and the forecasting process
  • Brief and collaborate with external 3rd party creative teams on content development to support growth marketing initiatives.
  • Define and execute the ad monetization strategy along with ASO efforts.
  • Build high trust and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and partners, including senior leaders, across the company.
  • Perform SWOT and competitor analysis on interactive Ads, marketing campaigns, and mobile games
  • Understand the impact of App Store Optimization (ASO) on ranking and conversion metrics of the title, set a strategy to drive results
  • Measure ROI for each marketing channel both globally and regionally, report on results, and develop strategies to maximize return
  • Share performance results regularly with the executive leadership team
  • Manage the Customer Experience team that is interacting with our community daily

Qualifications

  • At least 3 years of professional experience in Mobile Game User Acquisition.
  • Experience working with P&Ls and defining financial key performance indicator
  • Experience managing digital marketing campaigns via Google Adwords, Facebook Business Manager, etc.
  • Deep knowledge of the mobile advertising space and its channels
  • Extra Credit: Experience running user acquisition specifically for Social Casino or Casual Mobile Games.
  • Strong analytical skills and evidence of making data driven decisions
  • Familiarity with Marketing Automation platforms
  • Proven track record of working effectively with cross-functional teams and across all levels of the organization
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills including the ability to effectively present and share information across the organization

Location

This position will be 100% remote based.

Language Skills

Ability to read and interpret documents in English, such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals. Ability to read and communicate verbally in English. Written communication skills in English may also be required.

Ability to apply commonsense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
