- Bachelor’s Degree; Master’s Degree a plus.
- 10+ years’ experience in a digital strategy, integrated marketing and/or media; preferably within an internal brand environment. Direct experience supporting both brand and business initiatives through digital channels.
- 3+ years’ experience in team management across varying levels of marketing and/or digital professionals.
- Experience working in sports, or adjacent, is required.

- A passion for digital marketing and a demonstrated track record of delivering world class strategy and executions for global audiences.
- Understanding of the current trends in digital use, technology and media. Perspective on how users engage across an ecosystem of owned, earned and paid content and experiences.
- Solid understanding of the world of soccer; bonus points for the world of Major League Soccer.
- Experience creating year-long digital strategy plans, with budget prioritization.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate, both verbally and in writing, to build culture and collaboration in a matrixed environment.
- Commitment to building a positive, empathetic team culture that values individuals and promotes inclusivity.
- High-level of commitment to a quality work product and organizational ethics, integrity and compliance.
- Demonstrated decision making and problem-solving skills; solutions oriented.
- An eye for details with the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
- Highly organized with excellent project coordination and project management skills.
- Capable of working in a fast-paced environment. Flexible and able to adapt to changes when necessary.
- Proficient in both Apple and Microsoft productivity suites, with a strong command on visual presentation principles.
- Ability to travel and working non-traditional hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays are required.
Total Rewards
Starting Base Salary: $145,000 – $185,000. MLS/SUM base salaries are contingent upon several factors including individual qualifications, market financials, and operational business needs.
