Associate Production Coordinator (Ecommerce)
Job Description

Job Description: The Associate Production Coordinator is responsible for procuring all Merchandise available at partners online stores. This role needs to monitor all products being ordered for seasonal launches throughout the year. This role is accountable for replenishments of products and any special make up items throughout the year

Requirements:

• Organize and manage the arrival of all samples and logistics to getting the samples to the correct sample location (sample log in OSBS, desks, work room, conference rooms, photo shoots, PDP)
• Take ownership of delivering product for every style bought into for seasonal launches
• Owning Data Management integrity in Item Set ups
• Partner with buyer and Site Merchandiser to communicate any item changes including color, costs, logos etc.
• Assist in operational functions for events including logistics for merchandise and Point of Sale data.
• Manage multiple projects at once and accurately document and relay information
• Ensure quality assurance throughout the production process.
• Flexibility to work in multiple systems to gather and document information.
• Communicate with accounting team all vendors are paid timely.
• Maintain communication with warehouse team on all products entering the warehouse to ensure they meet compliance standards.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and/or Smarsheets
