Position Summary

The individual in this role will be responsible for assisting the entertainment teams program within the Eagles Marketing Department to ensure effective booking, tracking, communication and scheduling of entertainment teams. These groups include: Eagles Cheerleaders, Eagles Drumline, Eagles Pep Band and SWOOP. These individuals serve as important brand ambassadors in the local community, national and international events. Additionally, the seasonal associate will assist the Entertainment Teams on gamedays and be responsible for assisting in the coordination and execution of various Entertainment Teams initiatives. This position is full-time based in Philadelphia for the duration of the Football season and pays $15 per hour. Relocation to the area is at the expense of the Seasonal Associate.

 

Reporting Relationships

The Marketing Entertainment Teams Seasonal Associate will report to the Director of Entertainment Teams

 

Position Responsibilities

  • Coordinate incoming booking requests for Eagles Entertainment Teams. This includes booking, scheduling, tracking(SalesForce), invoicing, organizing, and communicating event details to Eagles entertainment teams’ performers and clients.
  • Support the Entertainment Teams on gameday which will include managing gameday schedules, appearances and activations for all Eagles Entertainment Teams.

· Provide support in the development, marketing and execution of Eagles Entertainment Teams events including auditions, fitness classes, and junior cheer clinics in conjunction with Marketing – Fan Engagement

  • Assist in organizing and supporting brand ambassador media appearances and community events.
  • Responsible for creating and providing quarterly appearance reports
  • Manage all brand ambassador email accounts(Mascot, Eagles Cheerleading, Eagles Junior Cheerleading)
  • Perform additional duties required of the Marketing Department

Qualifications

· Must be a recent graduate who has completed, within the previous eighteen months, a technical, associate, bachelors, or graduate degree from a qualifying educational institution. An educational background in marketing, communications, advertising, business or sports management is helpful.

· This position currently is subject to a COVID-19 vaccination and booster requirement, subject to applicable law.

· Experience in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software such as SalesForce preferred

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint preferred

· Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

· Ability to provide excellent customer service to fans, clients, sponsors, and performers.

· Experience with event or scheduling coordination helpful

· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

· Must be able to work evenings and weekends as needed
