The Manager, Partnership Activation is responsible for the service, activation, implementation and fulfillment of Club corporate partners at Levi’s® Stadium. This position is responsible for building relationships with partners and activating contracts. The position oversees 12-15 small to medium-sized partner accounts which may include 2-3 larger accounts.


Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Serves as primary contact and technical project manager for onboarding of new partners, providing post go-live support
  • Manages partnership activations inclusive of rights/marks/status, entitlements, promotions, media (television, radio, online, print), signage, hospitality/suites, 49ers Foundation/community opportunities, special events and other assets.
  • Rollout concierge program for all assigned Levi’s® Stadium partners which includes the development of a long-term relationship between the Club and its partners.
  • Communicates upcoming events, team information and activation opportunities with partners across multiple channels including monthly e-mail updates.
  • Facilitates partner activation at games, marketing events and other team-controlled initiatives or the equivalent.
  • Creates annual end of season partnership recaps (video or other presentation format) that assist in the valuation of each partnership which includes a thorough understanding of each partner’s objectives.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent degree and at least 5-7 years’ relevant work experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience with Microsoft Suite including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Word.
  • Experience in sports, event and/or entertainment sponsorship required.
  • Experience with Photoshop preferred.

This position may require the employee to work extended hours, weekends and/or holidays.


Travel:

15% of local travel time expected for this position. 5% of travel time expected for the position both intra and interstate occasionally requiring overnight stay.
