About the Role:

 

This role will primarily manage the deployment and launch in new states across the US and new jurisdictions globally. The successful candidate will be working closely with release management to align with version and feature releases; compliance to understand new regulations; product development leads to ensure requirements met; and marketing to deliver approved promotions. This will suit a candidate that works well under pressure while motivating a team to deliver and adapting to consistent changes.  Other projects not related to new state launches may also be assigned accordingly.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with relevant stakeholders to ensure effective and efficient implementation of multiple projects across multiple jurisdictions
  • Lead, motivate and mentor the project team – both internal and external stakeholders
  • Ensure deliverables meet or exceed expectations and are accepted/approved by stakeholders
  • Manage project details using company tools to provide visibility to all stakeholders for an instant status report
  • Identify and manage risks to ensure delivery is on track, and escalate appropriately to obtain support from management to address critical issues
  • Provide regular project updates to the stakeholders on progress, risks, issues, decisions, and dependencies
  • Manage project details with third party partners, suppliers, and vendors efficiently and effectively
  • Conduct post-delivery analysis – evaluating successes and challenges to ensure lessons learned and successes recognized
  • Promptly resolve project issues and remove associated project delays
  • Manage project to ensure that the project remains within agreed scope, schedule, cost, and quality
  • Other job duties as assigned

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Requirements:

  • Minimum of three (3) years’ experience within a Project Management role, managing multiple projects in parallel 
  • Excellent verbal and written English and communication skills
  • Excellent coaching, listening, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to communicate ideas in both technical and user-friendly language
  • Possesses time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain any licensing or active work cards required, at present or in the future, for this position at all times
  • Ability to work varying shifts to accommodate meetings across multiple time zones
  • Occasional evening and weekend work to meet deadlines
  • Sitting for extended periods of time
  • Dexterity of hands and fingers to operate a computer keyboard, mouse, and to handle other computer components
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast and dynamic environment
  • Previous experience within the online gaming and/or sports betting industry preferred
