This position contributes to the data & analytics area of International Media. This position will turn data into information and visualizations, develop KPIs, and extract key insights from information using advanced analytics and predictive modeling techniques to enable business teams to turn data into actionable decisions. The role also contributes to supporting our media deals and interacts with partners to assist media and marketing strategies to drive fan-base growth and golf participation outside the U.S.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
Three years related experience required with at least one year analytics experience including experience with databases, BI, reporting and media analytics
Experience with dashboard and reporting software (Tableau, Qlik, etc.), data programming language (SAS, R, Python, and/or SQL) and digital analysis tools and platforms (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Social Media Platforms)
Strong communication and cross-cultural skills and ability to present data to a non-technical audience
Advanced level Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) skills
Experience with international business and media a plus
Excellent teamwork skills and the ability to work in a matrix organization that spans multiple offices in different time zones
Strong work ethic with an ability to lead projects and develop ideas independently

RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES
Work with VP, International Media and VP, Data Science to measure performance and develop KPI’s across all media deals ex-US, including OTT platform growth, linear & digital ratings
Create International Media Dashboard for tracking of the International OTT platform, linear & digital ratings, and results
Develop BI reports highlighting KPIs, advanced analytics and identify potential significant patterns related to product engagement
Assist with data modeling
Collaborate across departments for regular reporting on the international impact of short form content, live tournament coverage and international player wins
Understand business processes, underlying data and reporting needs
Support the analysis, design, development, and implementation of new reporting requirements and KPIs
Document technical specifications, data models, process flows, requirements, and solutions
Work with data architects and engineers to define report performance
Collaborate with delivery and technical team members on design and development of solutions
Conduct data analysis in support of ETL and API development and other activities
Work with management to prioritize business and information needs
Collect and report on industry trends in media analytics and act as a subject matter expert for all media measurement issues
