Lead social listening and content audits, understanding audience sentiment, competitive brand activity and overall category trends
Translate research (qualitative & quantitative), cultural trends and social media conversations into strategic direction and insights for cross functional teams to execute against
Raise the bar on creative ideas; committed to delivering work that resonates, motivates consumers to engage and pushes the brand forward
Collaborate cross functionally to drive content strategy, analyze results, identify opportunities and to optimize the creative output
Actively involved with briefing in teams for ideation and facilitating workshops/brainstorms as needed
Keep up with the latest industry trends, strategies, channel offerings and technologies in service of cultivating new ideas
Minimum 5 years of previous experience working in brand strategy, brand consultancies or social media agencies
Extensive knowledge and mastery of social channel mechanics, best practices, and building engagement (YouTube, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok).
Rich knowledge of Sports Betting, Daily Fantasy; comprehensive understanding of iGaming and NFTs/web 3 are a bonus
Experience using research tools such as Crimson Hexagon and MRI, and is able to select and mine appropriate resources efficiently to answer insight requests
Ability to lead teams to perform at the best of their abilities via collaboration, persuasion, and facilitation
Proven track record of effective and innovative work in the social media space
Critical thinking under pressure and proactive problem solving approach with changing priorities in a fast-paced environment

This position can sit in either the Boston office or remote; however, this work is to be performed entirely outside of Colorado.
