Overview

Peyton Manning’s entertainment company, Omaha Productions, is seeking a full-time Project Manager to work in the Content Operations team. The ideal candidate has extensive experience working in a creative environment and has a passion to bring ideas into execution as an active resource for organization on major steps of the Production journey.

We are seeking someone who has a strong analytical and time management skill set with excellent communications skills to help solve creative problem solving and successfully drive internal traffic flow towards successful delivery.

Omaha Productions has embraced a "live and work anywhere" policy, and this position is fully remote.

Responsibilities

• Working with the Head of Content Operations to support across all department verticals to ensure a successful content lifecycle with tracking across planning, creative, production, and delivery.

• Creates production timelines, schedules, and interactive databases in project management software

• Drives for organizational effectiveness by ensuring completion of tasks through meeting recaps and goal/timeline setting

• Utilizes deep understanding of creative workflows and resources associated for proactive problem solving, business recommendations, and strategic solutions

• Support E-Commerce day-to-day running and development of 3rd party online channels

• Recommend project workflow process and improvements while adapting and modeling a continuous improvement culture

• Facilitates critical documentation movement like contract status updates, invoice, vendor onboarding set up, and

• Coordinates and manages agendas for cross-functional meetings and reports including management of executive approvals

• Overseeing critical tasks and documents associated with content management such as budget and contract tracking, invoicing, and external project trackers

• Performs some administrative needs for meeting setting and follow ups

Qualifications

• 5+ years of related experience, ideally in a role related to Production and/or Operations.

• Extensive organizational and time management skills with the ability to set priorities, multi-task, and meet deadlines

• High attention to detail including precise and effective communications and proven ability to manage multiple competing priorities simultaneously

• Deep understanding of creative workflows and typical deliverables or processes

• Strategic thinker, helping the teams see around corners and promote time-sensitive and informed decision

• Ability to collaborate, take initiative, have follow-through, and work independently

• Proficiency in Monday.com or similar project management software
