Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
- Proactively solicit A-List Premium Club Member (premium season ticket holders) renewals via outbound calls, face-to-face meetings, touchpoints, and inbound phone/email inquiries
- Consistently provide superior customer service to a book of contracted A-List Premium Club Members at Truist Park
- Meet and exceed monthly and annual face-to-face sales, retention, and referral goals
- Strategically identify new Premium business opportunities
- Negotiate and extend contractual agreements for A-List Premium Club Members
- Creation of new and innovative ways to enhance the Braves A-List Premium Club Member experience
- Meet and exceed monthly and annual referral goals to new business, hospitality and suites
- Provide timely and accurate information to A-List Premium Club Members
- Coordinate with other departments to organize and implement special A-List Premium Club Member events
- Contribute written material and frameworks for marketing to current and potential A-List Premium Club Members
- Help develop Salesforce CRM customer profiles for A-List Premium Club Members with the goal of increased retention rates
- Game day duties will include:
- Developing top-tier strategies for enhancing A-List Premium Club Members’ gameday experience for Members, their clients and guests
- Working closely with gameday staff, food and beverage partners, and parking operations to ensure best in-class Club atmospheres
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s Degree required, Master’s is a plus
- 3+ years proven sales or account management experience, with proven high-performance record
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with C-level executives through frontline employees
- Outstanding writing skills
- Proactive, solution-oriented, organized self-starter with strong ability to multi-task
- Team player who demonstrates a consistent positive attitude
- Works well under pressure and impending deadlines
- Skilled in Microsoft Office
- Ticketmaster and Archtics experience a plus
- Contract negotiation a plus
- Salesforce CRM experience a plus
- Willingness to work long hours, weekends, holidays and overtime
