Job Overview: The Giants are looking for an experienced senior video producer who can pitch, plan, write, produce, shoot & edit engaging social and branded content across all team platforms. This role will also be responsible for conceptualizing new innovative content features based on business initiatives and sponsor integrations. In addition, this role requires in-depth knowledge of industry trends, emerging platforms, and the ability to create content that targets specific demos.

Responsibilities/Functions: The primary responsibilities of the Senior Video Producer, Social & Branded Content include, but are not limited to, the following:

Work collaboratively with members of the marketing department to create social first video content that helps grow the next generation of Giants fans
Help develop innovative branded content features that focus on reaching a broad audience (lifestyle and entertainment)
Oversee social & branded video campaigns from pre to postproduction, with a focus on fan-engagement. Must have experience in all facets of production (Ability to pitch, plan, write, produce, shoot, and edit)
Work closely with the social media team to create a consistent social video content calendar
Oversee and work collaboratively with social media producer/editor on features

Required Qualifications:

Education and Experiences

Bachelor's degree from a four-year accredited college or university preferred
Minimum 5-7 years of experience in all facets of production, with special emphasis in creating specific content for social media platforms such as Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, Snapchat & TikTok
Experience in professional sports organization is preferred

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Proficient with Adobe Premiere CC, and the entire Adobe Suite including After Effects and Photoshop
Proficient with camera, lighting, and audio equipment
Dynamic and creative team player with a passion for sports
Must be available to work non-typical work hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
Ability to travel to on-location shoots
Manage tight deadlines, multi-task, and execute on-time in a high energy environment
