JOB OVERVIEW

Callaway Golf is searching for an enterprising Senior Product Manager to develop and deliver ecommerce technology solutions (site functionality, payments, MarTech, etc.) and digital experiences that enable growth, retention, and cross-marketing for Callaway and its sister companies within Topgolf Callaway Brands (TCB). This effort is early in its lifecycle, but the company views it as a critical component of its long-term digital transformation strategy.

This role will enable the growth and enhancement of the unified customer journey to intelligently empower customers within Topgolf Callaway Brands’ ecosystem of offerings. As one of our first Senior Digital Product Managers, the role will be a key contributor in designing and building a holistic stack that spans web, marketing, analytics, and personalization solutions.

Additionally, the role will drive alignment with stakeholders and leadership, owning the product lifecycle from opportunity & solution validation to development & go-to-market. The Senior Product Manager will collaborate with partners in ecommerce, marketing, and engineering to implement the right solutions to optimize customer touchpoints across channels and brands. This includes developing a deep understanding of brands’ challenges amid the rapidly evolving ecommerce landscape to inform the priorities that make up the product roadmap.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Be a champion for the customer experience across digital properties
  • Be a subject matter expert in TCB’s consumer websites, marketing data, and the tools we use; understand our existing platforms and how to optimize them
  • Guide long-term thinking and innovation in an ambiguous and rapidly changing space
  • Collaborate with ecommerce, marketing, and leadership to develop the strategy for the future of digital and related capabilities (marketing, data, identity, etc.) at TCB
  • Partner with engineering teams to translate product strategies into scoped roadmaps and requirements; manage end-to-end product lifecycles for owned areas
  • Evangelize the importance of data quality, visibility, and availability across the team

TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES (Knowledge, Skills & Abilities)

  • Experience with marketing automation, attribution, analytics, experimentation, and personalization tools (Google marketing, GA360/GA4, CDPs, ESPs, Dynamic Yield)
  • Experience testing and launching products at scale, including rigorous experimentation
  • Experience applying data to guide automated and scalable personalized experiences
  • Technical skills — can navigate APIs, databases, and system architecture with engineers
  • Preferred: Direct experience implementing marketing tools & tech
  • Preferred: Familiarity with data regulations (GDPR, CCPA) and consent management tools (One Trust)

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of product management experience with a focus on MarTech and growth
  • Minimum 5 Years of experience in Marketing or MarTech
