Position Overview: 
The Premier Lacrosse League (PLL) is looking to hire a Product Marketing Manager to help identify product innovation opportunities, craft foundational and differentiated messaging, and use a data-driven approach to make business decisions. The Product Marketing Manager will oversee and project manage all product launches, including creating Go-To-Market strategies for our growing range of owned and operated products across our target audiences and oversee the execution from start to finish. As well, the Product Marketing Manager will oversee all product positioning and consumer insights. This candidate must be able to analyze qualitative and quantitative user insights and trends to drive product positioning and messaging, and then use this knowledge to partner cross-functionally with Product and Marketing teams to optimize product messaging to optimize for product’s success. The ideal candidate is a robust communicator both internally and externally, and is able to create materials such as onboarding guides, promotional scripts, and impact insights in collaboration with Media.

 

Qualifications: 
  • 3+ years of product marketing experience consumer-facing web and mobile products
  • Strong strategic and analytical skills
  • Obsessed with UX and using a data-driven approaches to marketing
  • Experience working with large data sets
  • Web3 product marketing experience
  • Experience with push notification journeys
  • Advanced qualifications in business and go-to-market strategy
  • Proficient in SQL or similar query language
  • Experience with data oversight, data warehouses, data analysis, and utilization of data to create customer segments; knows how to convert data to insights and actionable outcomes
  • Possess a deep understanding of a marketing “tech stack” and can speak to different software services and stacks
  • Strong knowledge of brand – including voice, aesthetic, and feel
  • “A”-Level writer and communicator
