The Tennessee Titans are entering one of the most exciting periods of their franchise and seeking a Vice President, Brand & Creative to spearhead the company's creative vision. We’re looking for an incredibly passionate individual who continuously inspires and mentors his/her team and those around them. The right candidate will have a well-rounded understanding of brand, design, video production and conceptual strategy and be just as comfortable leading teams as they are jumping into the work themselves. Their thirst for quality work, current cultural trends, and all things creative is complemented with an understanding of good design principles and a focus on detail. We are looking for someone ambitious with the ability to multi-task and be a team player as well as someone that loves the game of football and the city of Nashville. 

As a people leader within our organization, the Vice President, Brand & Creative is expected to invest in and lead a team of talented creative individuals through consistent coaching, feedback and support. An ideal leader within the Tennessee Titans is an effective communicator, solution-focused and a catalyst for improvement.

Responsibilities:

Strategy

  • Define, execute and lead the overall creative strategy for the Titans brand, ensuring alignment with organizational culture, goals and objectives.
  • Lead brand and design vision for the New Nissan Stadium project, including key elements such as infrastructure design elements, interior design and wayfinding. Work with Partnership team to identify revenue-driving integration solutions that hold true to our brand vision.
  • Collaborate with Marketing Strategy & Insights team to set content and campaign plan that will drive ticket sales for New Nissan Stadium.
  • Lead all creative elements across the Titans House, a new sales and ticketing office in Nashville.

Multimedia and Content Development 

  • Oversee the development and execution of multimedia content initiatives, including video productions, graphic designs, photography, motion graphics, and interactive experiences, ensuring high-quality output and adherence to brand standards.
  • Lead the project management team with strong vision and cross-organization collaboration to ensure all projects meet deadlines, budgets, and performance metrics.
  • Knowledgeable of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in content creation, digital media and advertising, integrating innovative techniques and approaches into content and marketing strategies. 

Collaboration

  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, including Marketing, Media, Production, Partnership and Ticket Sales, to develop integrated content strategies and campaigns that drive fan engagement, brand affinity, and revenue growth.

Relationship Management

  • Establish and maintain relationships with external partners, including agencies, vendors and creative collaborators, to enhance content capabilities and expand brand reach. 
  • Represent the Titans brand and Creative Content department across the organization and broader NFL portfolio, advocating for creative excellence and strategic alignment. 

Leadership

  • Lead and mentor a diverse team of content creators, including designers, videographers, photographers, and digital specialists, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and innovation.

Misc. 

  • Utilize regular reporting and analysis to inform content performance, audience engagement, and campaign effectiveness, leveraging insights to inform future strategies, initiatives, and offerings.

Qualifications:  

  • Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset, capable of translating vision into actionable plans and measurable outcomes.
  • At least 10-12 years of experience in design and brand experience, either in-house or at an agency with a strong proven track record of team management and mentorship.
  • Adept in digital marketing, content creation and brand storytelling.
  • Proven track record of leading successful creative teams and delivering engaging, seamless campaigns with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team towards a common vision.
  • Thorough knowledge of various creative channels, including but not limited to; multimedia production, including video, print, digital, and motion graphics, with proficiency in industry-standard tools and programs.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred.
