The Analyst, CRM is the lead administrator for the Memphis Grizzlies’ CRM deployment. This role reports to the Manager, Business & Strategy Analytics. He/She will help guide day-to-day CRM utilization and development for the Grizzlies organization. The responsibilities of this role include but are not limited to user training, campaign measurement, system customizations, data hygiene, advanced reporting, and assorted enterprise technology support. The role’s primary stakeholder group is the Ticket Sales & Service department, but this role will also advice other departments as it relates to CRM technology, best practices, and the potential impact of all customer data.
The ideal candidate for this role is a collaborative team player and creative innovator. He/She is fluent in technology-driven approaches to customer engagement, sales strategy, and data management. Overall, the role will support some functions associated to all of the organization’s respective brands: Memphis Grizzlies, Memphis Hustle, FedExForum, Grizz Gaming, and Grind City Media.
