We are excited to hire an HR Analytics Manager to join the Denver Broncos Football Club. This position is responsible for building compelling data visualization for reports and presentations to drive organizational decisions. This position will collect, compile, and analyze HR data, metrics, and statistics, including salary information, and will apply this data to make recommendations related to recruitment, retention, and legal compliance. 

Duties and Responsibilities

HR Data and Analytics:

  • Collects and compiles HR metrics and data from a variety of sources including the human resource information system (HRIS) and payroll outputs, management, and employee surveys, exit interviews, employment records, government labor statistics, and other sources.
  • Analyzes data and statistics for trends, patterns, and insights with attention to recruitment, hiring practices, turnover, and compliance with employment laws and regulations (COFAMLI, Secure Act 2.0)
  • Designs and builds compelling data visualizations for reports, presentations, and analytical products to highlight key insights and research findings and communicates project results; ensuring reports are created using credible qualitative and quantitative methodologies.
  • Identifies and recommends short- and long-term goals, milestones, and benchmarks for key performance metrics.
  • Makes recommendations based on metrics and analysis to attract and hire qualified candidates, to motivate and retain employees, to address staffing issues, and to maintain legal compliance.
  • Generates ad-hoc reports as requested, including writing specifications for custom reports.
  • Ensures data integrity and confidentiality in accordance with GDPR, HIPAA, and other applicable laws and regulations as well as league and organization best practices.

HRIS: 

  • Develops, plans and manages the human capital reporting function to include data compilation for reports and summaries.
  • Serves as liaison between HR, IT, Legal, external vendors and other stakeholders for HR database design and implementation projects.
  • Ensures system compliance with data security and privacy regulations and requirements.
  • Reviews HR data with business partners and provides insights to identify trends, opportunities, and areas of focus.
  • Designs, implements, and maintains HR Information systems reporting and dashboards.

Other: 

  • Collaborates with BIA team on data, analytics, and strategic best practices and champions an analytics and data culture across the HR department and organization.
  • Performs other projects and duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business Intelligence, Statistics, or related field
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in HR Analytics, Business Intelligence, or a similar role
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, plus experience with Snowflake or similar data warehouse
  • Ability to maintain confidence and protect HR/Payroll information by keeping information confidential
  • Detail oriented with strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage numerous business relationships in a professional manner, including multiple concurrent projects across stakeholder groups
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word)
  • Ability to work all home Broncos games, nights/weekends and keep a flexible schedule
  • Highly motivated and responsible with strong time management abilities

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with Ceridian Dayforce
  • Proficient in SQL, R, Python, or other programming languages

 

In accordance with the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the expected salary range for this position is $90,000 - $115,000. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law.
