The Senior Coordinator, Video Content Operations coordinates all aspects of video creation, quality control, and delivery to MLS partners on Matchdays. This position will work with video editors, MLS’s artificial intelligence video clipping platform, Apple’s content delivery processes, and MLS video content management systems.
This role will work all matchdays (weekends and evenings) and selected weekdays.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate staffing of matchday video content operations, and lead staff during matchdays; especially offering training to and technical troubleshooting support.
- Provide quality control of video crafted on matchdays by reviewing video content, video titles and metadata, and responding to questions from MLS content partners.
- Build or coordinate the creation and delivery of ad hoc matchday videos as requested by MLS content partners.
- Review thumbnail (or “keyframe”) images created by video editors for matchday videos.
- Build and maintain the technical set-up of MLS’s artificial intelligence video clipping platform.
- Coordinate matchday video asset management for video editors and league partners.
- Work weekends and evenings per the matchday schedule.
- Work at the MLS studio location.
- Additional responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications
- Tried experience with Adobe Premiere Pro
- Tried experience coordinating with contingent workforce
- Experience working with Adobe Photoshop
- Experience with content delivery systems (experience working with Apple’s Transporter and Sequence systems a plus)
- Experience communicating with colleagues via Slack and other remote communication methods
- Collaborative demeanor and creative spirit
- Ability and willingness to work non-traditional hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- High-level of dedication to a quality work product and interpersonal ethics, integrity and compliance
- Ability to work optimally in a fast paced, team environment

Total Rewards
Starting Base Salary: $58,500 – $65,000. MLS/SUM base salaries are contingent upon several factors including individual qualifications, market financials, and operational business needs.
