As our Senior Event Manager, Special Events, you are responsible for researching and securing venues, planning, and running the events calendar, negotiating quotes and agreements with vendors, supervising timeframes and budgets, delivering on event objectives, and running the Special Events team. You will ensure successful event delivery from conception to post-event evaluation for yourself and your team across all events.
Our ideal candidate is someone who excels in leading multiple events concurrently, thriving under tight deadlines. We’re looking for exceptional communication skills and a proven ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and staff. Finally, we’re looking for someone who is service-oriented and has a keen eye for detail, ensuring the successful execution of events that meet clients’ needs and expectations.
