Job Description:
Summary:
This position is responsible for overseeing the content creation process and coordinating all projects, schedules, costs, and budgets while ensuring all workflows meet required deadlines.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Lead in planning, organizing and managing resources on all creative & content department projects
Develop project timelines, and work with stakeholders to define project scope, including key objectives, timing, budget (where applicable), and required approvals.
Build production schedules and budgets for pre-production and post-production
Assist content team with video archival process
Collaborate on jewel projects with lead editors and creative team
Assist with content planning and creative strategies
Support all departments within the organization to develop content to meet strategic goals
Facilitate and manage key process and checkpoints, such as project kickoffs, creative reviews and work sessions.
Partner with stakeholders from the earliest concept stage forward to ensure that the most creative and effective processes and production methods are employed and ensure brand consistency and messaging across project(s).
Facilitate post campaign retrospectives to ensure continuous improvement for larger scale projects.
Essential Skills:
Strong leadership and communication skills both oral and written
Comfortable working on tight and demanding deadlines
An active approach to project management, allowing you to lead in an ever-evolving environment.
Familiarity with project management software such as Asana, Monday.com, JIRA, Confluence and other PM tool sets. (Experience with Asana preferred)
Shift between project(s) needs or issues and identify workflow gaps with solutions.
An understanding of the capabilities and production needs for print, digital, email, social media, video and experiential program components.
Knowledgeable in creative production
Highly organized
An enthusiasm for working collaboratively with others, and an ability to navigate a complex organization with multiple partners and dependencies.
Qualifications:
2-4 years experience in production management
Available to work non-traditional hours including nights, weekends and holidays
Physical Demands:
This position may require some travel during the offseason and baseball season

Salary Range:
$65,782.24 - $87,709.65
