JOB SUMMARY: The Sr. CRM Analyst is responsible for planning and executing data-driven initiatives supporting multiple business functions including Marketing, Corporate Partnerships, Ticketing, and Stadium Management Company. This role is primarily responsible for CRM system administration and a focus on business intelligence with other research, analytics, and database projects. This role will also assist in fan communication through email, SMS, and other channels.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
CRM Strategy & Administration
- Lead development of the overall vision and roadmap for CRM capabilities across the organization
- Oversee the management and on-going maintenance of the organization’s CRM system, including processes and workflow, to ensure maximum productivity and efficiency.
- Support, provide user training and monitor CRM System for all departments including customer service, premium ticketing, and sponsorship.
- Generate new sales leads using multiple database resources and models and manages sales campaigns for premium ticketing and sponsorship.
- Help develop regular CRM reporting and distribute reports on a weekly/monthly basis.
- Assist with CRM vendor relationship management.
Business Intelligence and Data management:
- Drive continuous improvement through measurement and monitoring of KPIs
- Generate visualizations to be shared through CRM reports or through Tableau Cloud that allow users to easily access and understand our data.
- Develop insights and recommendations from CRM and Database to help drive sales and improve fan experience.
- Leverage data segmentation, consumer profiles, and customer engagement scoring all with a goal of communicating more effectively with Broncos fans while driving new revenues via event ticket sales (including stadium events), sponsorship inventory and more strategic marketing.
- Upload data to data warehouse from variety of sources and ensure data hygiene - help maintain clean data.
Email Marketing/Data Acquisition:
- Assist marketing to develop target audiences for sales and service communications (email, social, web, print, etc.).
- Support other departments (sponsorship, stadium, marketing, ticketing) in email communication/marketing automation needs (e.g., build forms, evaluate campaign performance, support journey development)
- Build Eloqua email communications/campaigns – this includes segmentation/targeting of email list using data warehouse.
Other:
- Assist in fulfillment of internal research and surveying needs – this includes sponsored surveys, post-event surveys and post-game surveys.
- Help update regular reports and build ad-hoc analyses supporting ticketing, sponsorship and marketing
- Research and keep a pulse on technology and how it relates to fan engagement and fan experience.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree
- Resume and cover letter
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience managing and maintaining CRM
- Experience with Kore Sports and Microsoft Dynamics strongly preferred.
- Knowledge of SQL
- Experience with BI/Data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, etc.)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word)
- Ability to work all home Broncos games, nights/weekends and keep a flexible schedule
PREFERRED SKILLS AND ABILITY
- Experience with Tableau
- Experience with research/survey tools usage is a plus (i.e. Scarborough, OTX Research, TRU Crosstab, Mintel, SPSS, YouGov, Qualtrics, etc.).
- Prior sports business analytics experience
- Experience with R, Python, or other data programming languages
- Experience with Snowflake
- Experience with Ticketmaster/Archtics
- Experience with Formstack
- Experience with Eloqua (or similar marketing automation tool, i.e.: Marketo, SFMC,)
