Key Responsibility Areas:

• Develop written, image, audio, and video content that resonates with our diverse audience.
• Ensure all content aligns with our brand, maintaining consistency in style, quality, and voice.
• Cover games, practices, and events with real-time social media updates.
• Conduct interviews to provide unique insights and behind-the-scenes content.
• Develop and maintain a robust content strategy, leveraging analytics and best practices for optimal audience engagement.
• Use trending topics and current events to shape content themes and spontaneous activations.
• Devise and execute creative and innovative social campaigns that capture attention and drive engagement.
• Regularly post content across various digital platforms.
• Actively engage with our online audience, moderating network platforms to foster community interactions.
• Routinely work varied hours, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays, to ensure comprehensive and continuous coverage.

Education, Experience, and Attributes:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent training.
• Robust knowledge of the Sacramento Kings, NBA, basketball, and internet culture.
• 2+ years of experience in producing written, video, audio, and graphic content.
• 2+ years of experience with current digital platforms, including TikTok, Threads, X, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.
• Thrives in dynamic work settings, demonstrating the capability to excel under pressure, manage time effectively, and consistently deliver high-quality results within specified deadlines.
• Demonstrates high motivation and initiative as a self-starter, consistently seeking ways to contribute positively and drive projects forward.
• Promotes a team-oriented mindset by actively engaging with colleagues, fostering a collaborative environment, and contributing to shared objectives.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Superior attention to detail and experience in proofreading.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Word, and Excel.
• Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Final Cut Pro, or related video editing platforms.

Compensation:

The offer range for this full-time, non-exempt position is $21.63 - $26.44 per hour. Final offers for this role will be made within the parameters of the offer range provided. Years of experience, skills, and other factors are considered when determining the salary offered. Total compensation & offer package will include the following:
