POSITION SUMMARY:

The ideal candidate is detailed-oriented and should have experience maintaining a stable CRM environment,

Knowledge of how to drive cross-functional adoption of CRM tools and strategies, and the ability to implement

and maintain best practices and operations within the platform.

 

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

  • CRM Strategy Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and refine CRM strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Training and Collaboration: Develop, lead, and maintain continuous CRM training program for Ticketing Sales & Service departments.
  • Data Integrity: Ensure the accuracy and integrity of customer data within the CRM system, and work with relevant teams to resolve data quality issues.
  • Integration: Coordinate integration of CRM with other platforms such as survey platform, marketing tools, and lead scoring.
  • Automation: Identify opportunities to automate and streamline CRM processes for efficiency and scalability. Create and maintain workflows that optimize sales and service processes.
  • Reporting/Performance Metrics: Create CRM reports, maintain dashboards, and overall data management. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and use data-driven insights to continually improve CRM strategies.

OTHER DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Supports additional business intelligence and business strategy projects and initiatives.
  • Maintain well-versed knowledge of latest technology trends, evaluating third-party integrations, and enterprise applications.
  • Provide an ROI-focused mentality to how the organization can grow revenue.
  • Ability to contribute individually and accomplish projects with little supervision.
  • Strong project and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while consistently meeting deadlines
  • Strategic thinker with strong attention to detail and ability to execute ideas from inception to completion
  • Agile and able to respond effectively to the changing needs of a seasonally-driven environment
  • Must be able to handle confidential, privileged, and/or sensitive information carefully and with sensitivity

 

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • At least 2 years’ experience managing and maintaining CRM, preferably utilizing Salesforce.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Statistics, Data Technology, or other related fields preferred and/or combination of experience
  • Experience with report and dashboard creation, data administration, and campaign management.
  • Experience with SQL and best practices for database strategy.
  • Experience with Tableau or other BI / data visualization platforms.
  • Understanding of tools used in the sports business landscape, such as Ticketmaster, KORE Software, etc.
  • Salesforce Trailhead certified/comparable or Microsoft Dynamics certification strongly preferred.

WORKING CONDITIONS/WORK SCHEDULE: 

Hours generally 8 a.m.-5 p.m., Monday-Friday, with some longer hours or weekend work on occasion.  After an initial training period of 3 months, some limited work from home opportunities may exist during non-game days.

 

 

SALARY RANGE:

  • Annual salary range of $75,000 - $80,000. This is a regular status, full-time position eligible for all company benefits including but not limited to Health Insurance (medical, dental, vision), Retirement, and accrued time off (Vacation/ Sick/ Holiday).
