Do you want to work for a Championship organization? We have the job for you! The Miami HEAT is seeking a coachable individual with a strong work ethic to serve as our Marketing Coordinator! The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for supporting the Director of Marketing Strategy and the Integrated Marketing Department with any of the day-to-day business and administrative needs. Duties will include working in a fast-paced, creative environment alongside the entire Marketing team including Influencer Marketing, Ticket Marketing, Arena Marketing, and Food & Beverage Marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for supporting the efforts of the Director or Marketing Strategy to carry out/coordinate the following department/efforts: Influencer Marketing, Food & Beverage Marketing, Ticket Marketing & Arena Marketing.
  • Assist in budgeting and tracking marketing expenses to ensure effective allocation of resources
  • Submit and process all integrated marketing department invoices
  • Collaborate with analytics team to supervise and report on the performance of marketing initiatives and build campaign recaps based on performance
  • Continuously track influencer analytics on Julius Works (influencer management platform)
  • Assist Influencer Marketing Specialist with all influencer events and activations on and off site
  • Act as lead liaison with all influencer event vendors
  • Assist influencer marketing team with packaging and distribution of PR kits to influencers and creators
  • Collaborate with retail marketing team on department merchandise orders and continuously track inventory
  • Lead the meeting minutes and action items for each marketing call led by Director of Marketing Strategy
  • Assist in printing and picking up food & beverage promotional items
  • Lead in department Wrike Requests and asset distribution when needed
  • Assist Director of Marketing Strategy in keeping marketing calendar consistently up to date
  • Consistently track Monday.com marketing briefs and efforts to ensure all is always up to date

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in Marketing
  • Project management, organizational and campaign administration skills
  • Experience working with high volume, detailed work processes and deadlines
  • Strong organization, interpersonal and collaboration skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Able to meet tight deadlines and adapt to a fast-paced, fluid environment while balancing multiple tasks at once
  • Team player, innovative and creative
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Knowledge of Canva and Julius Works (or other influencer tracking platforms)
  • Must be available to work nights, weekends and holidays when necessary
